Read the account's history first
Before posting anywhere, skim what the account already engaged with. Those themes are your safest starting point.
Move in concentric circles
Expand into adjacent, related communities rather than unrelated ones.
- Start where the account already has karma.
- Add closely related subreddits next.
- Save unrelated niches for much later, if at all.
Respect each community's rules
